2-3 years

toddler2Our focus is to meet the ever-changing emotional and physical needs of your child. At this stage of your child’s life the most valuable vehicle for learning is through PLAY. Our Toddler Program offers an enriching and stimulating play program for your child. We encourage the development of large motor skills with indoor and outdoor play, as well as through healthy social interactions with other children. Fine motor skills are developed with a variety of manipulatives such as building blocks, puzzles, clay, and other age-appropriate toys and activities. Your child will learn self help skills with potty training and yes we have experts here. We will help the children develop a love for reading through age appropriate books, flannel stories and puppetry. Our curriculum is developed through the children’s ideas with overall themes like winter. The children develop what they would like to learn about winter; rain, clouds, polar bears, snow etc…using children emergent and Reggio-inspired curriculum.
